The Account Manager is a technical sales position that serves as a company liaison for new and existing client relationships for the purpose of generating qualified sales opportunities and converting them into revenue growth. The Account Manager also shares their technical expertise with existing and potential customers to assist in identifying the ideal water treatment strategies and solutions for a specific application. The individual is directly responsible for the creation, development, and execution of their annual sales plan, and assisting development of sales strategies, procedures, and resources.
Field Service Technician I | Braintree, MA or Peterborough, NH | Full Time
The Field Service Technician I is an entry-level position initially responsible for the operation and maintenance of in-house process equipment, delivery of equipment to customer facilities, and support of senior service technicians in servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing water treatment equipment (reverse osmosis, deionization water systems, general water treatment equipment) at customer locations throughout the Northeast. As the technician gains experience over time, the technician will be expected to progress to autonomously servicing high purity water systems at our customers’ facilities.
